Field To Fire oven

Field to Fire was created and set up in 2012 by Angus & Charlotte Hilleary.

With 20 years experience in the food, catering & events industries Angus was keen to be part of the British street food revolution that has swept the nation.

Our delicious thin and crispy authentic pizzas with a Somerset twist are made using homemade dough, sauces and the very best locally sourced ingredients, including award winning Westcombe Dairy cheddar curds. We keep the emphasis on simplicity, authenticity and quality of ingredients. We also offer very tasty (!) homemade gluten free bases.

As a result Field to Fire is rapidly gaining a reputation for consistently producing delicious food with friendly and efficient service from our striking pop up mobile restaurant.

2015 proved to be a very exciting year as we ventured out to some of the best music & food festivals in the country including Glastonbury, Wilderness, Somersault and Farmfest with our new double oven, hand built A frame structure and bespoke LionPulse sound system.

Another busy year followed in 2016 as we ventured down to Zennor near Land's End for the incomparably brilliant Don't Wake The Fish! An equally stunning location awaited at Porlock for the first Samphire Festival, deserving winners of the best new festival award and we look forward to returning to both this year.

Glastonbury Festival '16 was not such a pretty picture with the wettest conditions in its history making life extremely difficult but the can do attitude of all involved meant the show went on. In between the festivals we fed many a happy guest at some beautiful wedding venues and private events most notably the stunning Elmore Court where we combined 3 kitchens to feed the 500- literally!

The F2F team are looking forward to another fantastic year in 2017 as we continue to try and produce the best in wood fired cuisine and we look forward to seeing you at an event soon

We will also continue to cater at a number of weddings and private parties bringing all the drama and fun of the worlds oldest cooking medium with the help of an experienced and dynamic team.
